Every website copywriting project is different. However, we believe in being as up-front as possible when it comes to pricing. Every project is unique and we provide a per-project price, so you’ll know exactly how much the work will cost upfront. These are some of the factors that we consider when pricing for website copywriting services:
The number of words per page
How much research is involved
The tone of voice guidelines required

This is a small website copywriting project for perspective:
Initial Session: After completing our briefing form, we’ll arrange a one-hour phone call or Zoom session to discuss in detail the specifics of the project.
Research: Includes competitor analysis, creating a tone of voice guidelines, and marketplace research.
Copy: Home page, About page, Service pages etc
Amendments: Typically, we offer two rounds of revisions per page. However, we always aim to please and are usually happy to make additional tweaks at no extra cost until you’re happy with the copy.
The price would include all ongoing correspondence with the client, editing, proofreading, and amendments. We’d send over each page individually to gather your feedback. We adjust and approve as we go. Typically, from start to finish all pages completed in two weeks. Of course, this is assuming good, efficient communication.
